Apii33 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User") and apii33 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the apii33 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to all terms contained in this document.

In this document, "apii33 Platform" refers to the official website, mobile application (Android and iOS), and all digital services provided under the apii33 brand name. "Games" refers to all titles available in the apii33 lobby, including slots, live casino, fish shooting, table games, sports, and lottery.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to immediately stop using the apii33 platform and close your account through our customer support channel.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. apii33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please contact our customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.

• Name details must match a valid identification document.
• The registered phone number must be active and in your use.
• The linked bank account must be in the same member's name.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

You may close your apii33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be settled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

Apii33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation or suspicion that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• A finding that the account has been used for illegal activity.

Apii33 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults. apii33 will not be liable for losses arising from service disruptions that are beyond our control.

Under no circumstances shall apii33's liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. apii33 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of anticipated profits.
